Physical Culture is for girls and women from 3 to 70 years of age. Our syllabus contains a combination of ballet movements, aerobics, rhythmic floor routines and jazz dances. All choreography is designed to develop strength, posture and grace.

These routines teach the relationship of music to movement, rhythm, co-ordination, balance and musical interpretation in each age group. It is a great way to have fun, meet new friends and get fit and healthy.
